Put up pupil-made bunting or other displays to remind and thank congregations about the great contribution they can make to social justice around the world
In 2012, every one of the 200+ pupils at St Francis Catholic Primary School in South Ascot created their own personal design on triangles of cotton - including their own messages for all to read. The Chair of the PTA then spent an evening (thanks!) sewing them together ready to be draped around the inside of St Francis of Assisi church next door - for many years a Fairtrade Church. The bunting was in place from Fairtrade Fortnight until Eastertide. Parishioners in the pews were able to admire the children’s handiwork close-up, and even stooped their heads in respect...	.
